Dr. Ingmar Ahl is the director of the Karg-Stiftung (’Karg Foundation’), with responsibility for its work in promoting educational systems for supporting highly talented children and adolescents. A former education historian, he was previously head of the ZEIT-Stiftung’s sponsorship department, consultant to Ralf Dahrendorf, and employed by both the Max Planck Institute for European Legal History and the Goethe University Frankfurt.
