Johannes Pauen has been managing director of the branding agency kleiner und bold since 2007. His consulting focuses are brand strategy, brand implementation, and three-dimensional branding. His credo: brands create added value. Johannes Pauen studied economics in Hamburg and Washington D.C.

The kleiner und bold agency was founded in Bremen in 1992 and has been working out of Berlin since 2001.
