Director of Public Relations, Marketing and Sponsoring
Katja Bahadori is a Berlin-based Communication Designer and PR-consultant, where she also studied from 1996 – 2000. She began her career by working as an Art director for various advertising agencies. While expanding her professional experience, she continued to study Public Relations. After graduating, she filled a variety of positions in the public communications and marketing departments of diverse cultural organizations, such as Wintergarten Berlin, Haus der Kulturen der Welt, Deutscher Fundraising Verband and Admiralspalast. She finally settled for a permanent position with Chamäleon Theater. Since 2016 she has been the Director of Public Relations, Marketing and Sponsoring at GRIPS Theater. Born and raised in Berlin, she enjoyed many of the GRIPS theater’s performances while growing up, and loved the atmosphere. This hasn’t changed. In addition to theatre, she loves music, film, comics, photography, design, typography and vintage cars. As an advocate of human rights and social justice she is happy that working at the GRIPS Theater is consistent with her own motto of “Respect, tolerance and diversity”.
