In his role as ‘Head of Brand Trans­for­ma­tion’, Lars Bolle – togeth­er with his team – ensures that with­in the glob­al T-Mobile group cor­rect empha­sis is placed on the appro­pri­ate adap­ta­tion and imple­men­ta­tion of brand designs. After study­ing at the Uni­ver­si­ty of Mün­ster he ini­tial­ly worked as a com­mu­ni­ca­tions and mar­ket­ing man­ag­er before join­ing T-Mobile Deutsch­land GmbH in 2000. Dur­ing more than ten years at Deutsche Telekom, he worked on projects includ­ing the inter­na­tion­al roll out of the new shop con­cept, and played a deci­sive role in the instal­la­tion of mul­ti-media PoS touch­points designed to pro­vide a com­plete cus­tomer expe­ri­ence.
