In his role as ’Head of Brand Transformation’, Lars Bolle – together with his team – ensures that within the global T-Mobile group correct emphasis is placed on the appropriate adaptation and implementation of brand designs. After studying at the University of Münster he initially worked as a communications and marketing manager before joining T-Mobile Deutschland GmbH in 2000. During more than ten years at Deutsche Telekom, he worked on projects including the international roll out of the new shop concept, and played a decisive role in the installation of multi-media PoS touchpoints designed to provide a complete customer experience.
