Agnes Busch

Agnes Busch is one of the Managing Directors of Katholino and the initiator of the new organizational model. Previously, she led Organization and Projects at the Archdiocese of Cologne, where she was responsible for key transformation processes and the strategic development of daycare centers. Her profile is complemented by experience at Talanx Deutschland, where she managed complex corporate structures. With a background in finance and accounting, she combines operational excellence with strategic leadership. The establishment of Katholino as an independent, brand-based organization is largely rooted in her conceptual initiative.
