Wendy Fox

Head of Digital Design System

Wendy coordinates and supports the Beyond Design System teams at ZEISS Digital Partners in Munich in centralising and expanding their offering. With a PhD in Applied Linguistics and a diploma in Communication Design, Wendy combines her research background with her many years of practical experience in design and leadership.

She was previously a Senior UX Manager at GoTo, where she led the development of the internal Chameleon Design System. Under her leadership, the system evolved from separate decentralised design and code libraries to a standalone product. Today it enables the centralised development from design to release of more than 10 product lines in 3 different business units.
