Tom Hoßfeld is the Co-Founder and Creative Director at LIT. While studying Communication Design in Mainz, he began working at MetaDesign, where he contributed to the corporate identities of the German government, Commerzbank, and Porsche. Afterward, he initially worked as a freelance Art Director for branding agencies and later supported various startups as a Creative Director. In 2019, he founded his own agency, LIT.
