Rosie Isbell

Rosie is a multi-disciplined Design leader specialised in the development of brand-led products and services. For over a decade Rosie has grown, managed and led multi-disciplinary design teams to launch new brands and products for organisations across the world. Rosie is currently Group Design Lead at Wise where she has led design teams across Growth and Discover and Wise Platform. She has previously worked for design studios; Wolff Olins, R/GA, ustwo and frog for clients including: Google, Visa and Nike. Rosie is passionate about supporting emerging design talent and is a visiting tutor at the Arts University, Bournemouth and active in the early careers programmes at Wise.
