Viceland: More Punk Less Design.

Cooperation was not all that easy in the beginning, as Matt Schoen, Executive Design Director for Vice Media New York and the contracting branding agency Gretel’s founder Greg Hahn and Creative Director Ryan Moore reported. Designing the visuals for the newly launched television channel VICELAND, operated by the US-American Lifestyle and (sub-)cultural magazine VICE was quite a challenge to the already-existing logo: should the graffiti-word mark be transferred to the new third dimension? Hamburger Kunsthalle: From Construction Sign to New Corporate Design.

Heine/Lenz/Zizka at CXI, a veritable classic. This year together with a long-term client, the Hamburger Kunsthalle. In 2014, the dilapidated state of its premises forced the museum to close two of its three buildings for lengthy remodeling. Their plan was to keep the remaining building open and operating; quite a challenge, as the construction site vis-à-vis the central station seemed too dominant, discouraging any possible visitors. MOIA: The Future of Mobility.

MOIA is a project initiated by German automotive manufacturer VW. A future-oriented project that’s not only focused on car-sharing, but on mobility on demand, for the population at large. The idea is to establish MOIA as a top mobility service provider by 2025, with a fleet of vehicles autonomously cruising urban areas, picking up and transporting individuals or groups from A to B, whenever they need it.
