Market researcher Mat­thias Rie­del has been studying product fields, brand images, advertising, media and public relations for many years. He primarily uses qualitative methods, using these to explore the underlying logic found in these areas. As professor of theoretical design principles at Mainz University of Applied Sciences, he teaches Communication Design courses in marketing, brand analysis and psychology.
