Tobias Schuster

Tobias Schuster studied Theatre Studies, Political Science, and Arts Administration in Bochum and Zurich. He began his career in 2006 at Schaubühne Berlin and went on to work in Karlsruhe and Lübeck as Head Dramaturg before moving to Vienna and the Münchner Kammerspiele, where he was part of the artistic leadership. His productions have been invited to the Berlin Theatertreffen; “Liebe” at the Salzburg Festival was nominated for the FAUST Theatre Prize in 2024. Since the 2025/26 season, he has been Head Dramaturg at Volkstheater Wien.
