Limited ticket contingents
Tickets are offered in limited contingents. Once a contingent is sold out, the next one will be activated automatically. The principle applies: “First come, first served.”
Reduced tickets
For reduced tickets for full-time students, pupils and trainees, appropriate proof (e.g. certificate of enrolment, student ID) must be submitted by e-mail at the same time as the online registration. In the case of a ticket transfer within this group, proof for the new participant must also be submitted in advance by e-mail.

Right of withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Consumers do not have a right of withdrawal or cancellation, as this is an event with a fixed date (§ 312g para. 2 no. 9 German Civil Code). Cancellation or refund of the ticket price is therefore excluded. For entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 German Civil Code, the agreed conditions apply accordingly.

If, in exceptional cases, a refund is granted, it is limited exclusively to the ticket price. Service, system and processing fees charged by the ticketing provider are excluded. Individual tickets from group bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded individually for technical reasons.
Payment methods
Payment is possible via PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit and Sofortüberweisung. After completing the order process, you will automatically receive an invoice by e-mail. For purchases on account, please contact us in advance by e-mail. For purchases by invoice, at least the regular ticket price or the price of the respective current ticket tier applies; discounted early-bird rates are not available in this case.
Participation fees are exempt from VAT in accordance with § 4 no. 22 b German VAT Act.
In the event of non-attendance at the conference, there is no entitlement to a refund or transfer of the ticket.
For talks held in German, no simultaneous translation can be provided.
During the CXI Conference, photo, video and audio recordings may be made for documentation and communication purposes, in which participants may be depicted or recorded. By registering, you consent to the unrestricted use and publication of these recordings, without limitation in time or place, in CXI Conference media and by third parties commissioned by CXI. Objection is only possible in the case of targeted individual recordings and must be communicated immediately to the recording staff. For overview, group or event recordings with an audience character, individual objection is excluded. No remuneration entitlement exists.
In the event of a complete cancellation of the CXI Conference, the ticket price paid will be refunded or the ticket will be transferred to the following edition. Any further claims are excluded.
