Limited tickets
The number of tickets per quota is limited. As soon as one quota is exhausted, the next will become active. As always, ‘first come, first served’.

Reductions available for external fulltime students, trainees and school pupils on production of appropriate proof. Please send proof of status (e.g. matriculation document, school I.D.) by email at the same time as your registration.

Terms & Conditions
If a student or professional finds they are unable to attend, they can transfer their booking to someone else by sending an email. This can only be done student to student, or professional to professional.

Free Cancellations of Pro Tickets are possible until 31.3.2020. Cancellations until 18.8.2020 will cost an administrative fee of 20 Euro/Ticket. There will be no reimbursement after 18.8.2020. In case of cancellation please send an email. Student and FH Bielefeld tickets cannot be reimbursed.

According to § 4 Nr. 22 b UStG (German Turnover Tax Act), all tickets are exempted from turnover tax.

Non-attendance at the conference does not mean that a refund will be possible.

Most lectures will be given in German. Unfortunately it will not be possible to provide a simultaneous interpretation for these.

For publicity purposes, there will be photography, video and sound recording during the CXI Conference, in which you may be visible/audible. By registering, you consent to these recordings being published in all forms of media, by CXI or third parties, and that no royalties will be due.

If the CXI Conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be fully refunded with no penalties or other reductions.

The programme may be amended at any time. Errors and omissions excepted.

Place of jurisdiction is Bielefeld, Germany.
