Julia Peglow
Design strategist, entrepreneur, lecturer

Julia Peglow is a design strategist, entrepreneur, and lecturer with over 25 years of experience. As a strategic consultant and managing director, she has developed successful brand strategies and identities for international agencies and brands such as adidas, BMW, and SAP, as well as for numerous mid-sized companies and start-ups. Her projects include the rebranding of the MINI and MediaMarkt brands, UX design for BMW Group vehicles, and the friendly tourism brand “Einfach München.”
W&V named Julia one of the “100 Heads – People to Watch.” In her book Wir Internetkinder (We, the Internet Kids), she reflects on a self-determined approach to the digital world. She teaches her methods at international design and business schools: in the international Master’s and MBA programs at the Berlin School of Economics and Law, in the Master’s programs at the Schwäbisch Gmünd University of Design and Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, and in professional development courses at the Tomorrow Academy in Vienna. She also applies these methods in in-house workshops for companies.
Currently, together with her partner Jörg Müller, she is building THE SKILL – a platform for structured, AI-supported creative processes, serving as both a learning platform and a consultancy. Her unique combination of deep strategic insight and creative design thinking makes her one of the most sought-after experts in the German-speaking world.
