Mar­co Spies is a co-founder and man­ag­ing part­ner of think moto and co-author of the stan­dard read­ing on dig­i­tal brand man­age­ment Brand­ed Inter­ac­tions – Lebendi­ge Marken­er­leb­nisse für eine neue Zeit. 


Before he found­ed think moto in 2010 togeth­er with Kat­ja Wenger, Mar­co has held posi­tions as UX Design­er, Cre­ative Direc­tor and Exec­u­tive Direc­tor Inter­ac­tive at Pix­el­park, Neue Dig­i­tale (Razor­fish) and Peter Schmidt Group (BBDO). From 2015–2018 Mar­co was co-founder and CPO of the air trav­el start­up fly­i­in.  


For almost 20 years now, Mar­co has been con­sult­ing com­pa­nies like Audi, Volk­swa­gen, adi­das, T‑Mobile, Voda­fone and many oth­ers on dig­i­tal brand­ing, prod­uct and ser­vice inno­va­tion. He is hon­orary pro­fes­sor for flex­i­ble iden­ti­ties at the HAWK Hildesheim.
